Return Policy

No matter what the cause of your return, ErgoDirect.com will be happy to accept all returned items as long as the following criteria are met:

• Products are returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Only unopened, unused and "defective on arrival" products which are not repairable can be returned.
• Shipping charges are customers responsibility.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee on ergonomic products, except for DOA products.
• Office Master Inc. the manufacturer of Office Master chairs charges 25% for return of their products.
• No returns on "Special Order" products.

We understand that in some circumstances, our customers will need to return items ordered.

A “Return Manufacturer Authorization” number (RMA) must first be obtained by sending us an email to customerservice@ergodirect.com . The RMA number that is issued must be written on the return package, or it will not be accepted.

Once the items are received, inspected and approved, we will credit your credit card account.

Warranty

All of the products on our web site carry a minimum one-year limited warranty. Some of our manufacturers offer longer warranties (for example, Office Master offers 7-year to 12-year warranties on some chair models). Please contact customerservice@ergodirect.com to inquire about the warranty period of any product on our web site.

Accuracy of Information

While ErgoDirect.com believes the content of our site to be complete, accurate and up to date, ErgoDirect.com does not represent or warrant that the descriptive information about the products on our site is complete, accurate and up to date. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ErgoDirect.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted, and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and your order has been cancelled, ErgoDirect.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. While ErgoDirect.com takes steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and third-party services provided, please refer to the originator of information for details (for example the manufacturer) for complete product details.

By your use of this website, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ErgoDirect.com arising from any product sold of the ErgoDirect.com website shall be the price of the product ordered plus shipping and handling charges. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of ErgoDirect.com shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Quantities May Be Limited

ErgoDirect.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same ErgoDirect.com account, credit card, and also orders, which use the same billing and/or shipping address. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should such change occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
