Usually, <strong>when we first sit down to work we are conscious of our posture<\/strong>. Whether as\u00a0a designer, content strategist, creative director, or CFO, we get immersed\u00a0in the\u00a0digital world and pile of work needed to keep the wheels turning. Pretty soon you realize you&#8217;ve been sitting at your desk for a long period of time without getting up or changing position. <strong>The more you sit and focus the more your back starts to slouch and your neck starts to crane forward<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It may be because you can\u2019t see something on the screen or want to take a closer look at a detail before sending it out to the team. But all of that sitting and slouching adds up. You&#8217;ve been sitting with your neck sticking out for hours.<\/p>\n<p>We know it&#8217;s hard to break old habits.
