The chat function worked well for me. I had a product that ErgoDirect sold on line and requested if there was an manual for the controls as I was experiencing some difficulty with one of the controls. Maria indicated to me that while there is was not a manual, the online demo and diagram where available for viewing. I indicated I needed more assistance than that and she ask a few probing questions and gave me the manufactures number and let me know I had a 12 year warranty. She went above and beyond in helping me resolve the issue; especially, when I don't have the records of where the chair was purchased. She let me know that a number I gave that was on the bottom of the chair should be sufficient to receive assistance from the manufacturer and gave me her contact information if I need further assistance. Stellar customer service!!

Ordering was very easy. When I inquired about government tax exempt status, I got a very quick response. The best part, though, is how quickly we received what we ordered. I had originally ordered from another vendor in May, only to be constantly told the item was on back order, even though my credit card had been charged in June. I finally canceled that order, ordered from ErgoDirect, and had my merchandise in less than a week!! Kudos to ErgoDirect. I will definitely order again when the need arises!

Recently part of the arm broke on a chair we had purchased from ErgoDirect. I contacted ErgoDirect and sent them the original purchase receipt. They contacted me right away about getting a replacement part. I sent them a screen shot of the broken part of the chair, and they shipped the replacement part the next day, for no cost. Great customer service. Thanks for your help!

I was very impressed by the interest the purchasing department department showed as I made my selection of a new wall mounted stand for two monitors. They were concerned enough that I make the appropriate selection they contacted me personally to make sure I did not overlook some key points. I sent a chat hoping that someone could help me with our sit/stands. We needed to raise the station so the keyboard was at the correct height. The employee was complaining that when she was standing her wrists were bent and hurting, so I wanted to know if it was possible to raise it higher. They were very helpful, and we appreciated all of their help, so we are using our sit / stands correctly. We have purchased 12 of them for our employees in our office. Two of them were not raising to the proper height for the employee to use them correctly. Thank you so much for you assistance, it is greatly appreciated.
