Please click here to acknowledge - If your chair arrives in a damaged box, here's what to do:
1. Before signing for the delivery, let the driver know you need to check the box. Most drivers are okay with waiting a few minutes for you to inspect the contents.
2. Open the box and examine the chair to make sure it's not damaged.
3. If the chair is damaged, take clear pictures of the damage and refuse the shipment.
Remember, it's the freight company’s responsibility to deliver your chair in good condition. If you refuse the shipment without photos, the carrier may charge extra shipping fees.
