You will want to keep in mind the keyboard tray is 27" wide. You will want to be able to clear that on the corners when moving to the sitting position. So if you are able to do that then this WorkFit will work. The floor mats are strong enough to have chairs roll over them. They have memory form like material that will form back to original shape once the chair is removed. The mat has slanted edges so that it is easy to roll over it.

Both monitors do not have to be the same screen size or weight. They do however need to be in between the combined weight capacity. For this unit, the monitors must weigh between 9-20lbs combined. To rotate the monitor from landscape to portrait mode, you would need to remove a set screw in the back of the monitor. So you cannot just tilt the monitor to change from landscape to portrait, you would have to remove the set screw every time you want to change the back and forth from landscape to portrait. This screw is easy to remove and is shown in the installation manual.

However it is preferable to have both the monitors same size and model for the following reasons - 1) Better aesthetics - You workstation will look better with uniform size and model of both the monitors 2) Better functionality - Monitors of same size, make and model will have the same resolution, which makes it easier for the cursor to move smoothly between the two screens. Absence of same resolution can sometimes make the cursor stick towards the lower end of the monitors.
