International Shipping
ErgoDirect proudly serves customers throughout the contiguous United States. For customers outside the US, we also offer international shipping on HAT Design Works (Innovative) products.
International orders for HAT Design Works are quoted individually to ensure you receive the most accurate shipping cost based on your destination. Simply email [email protected] with the model, quantity, and delivery address, and our team will provide a complete quote along with a shipping quote.
All other brands we carry are currently available for delivery to US addresses only.
International Order Policy
The following applies to international orders we are able to accept:
- All payments for international orders must be made by bank wire transfer. Note: USD $15-50 bank wire transfer fee will apply.
- ErgoDirect bank account information will be provided once order has been confirmed.
- Customers are solely responsible for all customs and duty charges.
- International orders may take longer to process.
In the event that a manufacturer does not deliver to your location, you may contact a freight company to handle shipping to your destination. We will arrange shipping the product to the freight company you have chosen.
