ErgoDirect will gladly accept international orders, however, some products are not available for international shipping. To check international shipping availability or to receive a quote for an international order please email [email protected].
International Order Policy
- All payments for international orders must be made by bank wire transfer. Note: USD $15-50 bank wire transfer fee will apply.
- ErgoDirect bank account information will be provided once order has been confirmed.
- Customers are solely responsible for all customs and duty charges.
- International orders may take longer to process.
In the event that a manufacturer does not deliver to your location, you may contact a freight company to handle shipping to your destination. We will arrange shipping the product to the freight company you have chosen.
