If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and your order has been cancelled, ErgoDirect will issue a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge. By using this website, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ErgoDirect arising from any product sold on the ErgoDirect.com website shall be the price of the product ordered plus any shipping and handling charges. If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of ErgoDirect shall not exceed one hundred (100) dollars.

Customer may be advised through phone or email that an order needs verification. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify yourself as the card owner, or that ship-to information is legitimate.
To verify, ErgoDirect will charge your credit card a small amount (under USD $2). Once the amount is confirmed by the credit card holder as a match, we will deduct that charge from your order. This charge is estimated to take 3 business days to appear on your account.
ErgoDirect accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover)
- Paypal (orders placed on website only)
- Wire Transfer (required for international orders)
Credit card customers with billing addresses within the 50 United States will be charged on the business day that the order was placed.
If paying through wire transfer, ErgoDirect will contact you to provide bank account information. The customer is solely responsible for paying any additional bank fees for wire transfers. ErgoDirect will contact the customer with fee information.
Orders paid by check will not be processed until check has been received and cleared by the bank, which is estimated to take 7-10 business days.
Pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice. Products with asterisks have estimated shipping costs that vary depending on item weight costs in different destinations. Shipping charges only apply within the 48 contiguous United States. In order to fulfill ErgoDirect.com customer requests, customers may be asked to provide information (including, but not limited to contact and/or credit card information). If we have difficulty processing any requests, orders or deliveries, this information will be used by ErgoDirect to contact you.
ErgoDirect takes every precaution to insure our customers security and privacy while purchasing our products online. Depending upon the goods and services being ordered and where they are being shipped, we may also use outside suppliers and/or delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. With them, we share necessary information to enable card processing, fulfillment and delivery of goods (i.e. name, address and, as appropriate, payment information).

Quantities May be Limited
ErgoDirect may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same ErgoDirect.com account or credit card as well as orders which use the same billing and/or shipping addresses. Notification will be sent to the email and/or billing address provided should such change occur. ErgoDirect reserves the right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Additional re-stocking fees may apply for products that are received by manufacturers that do not meet manufacturer condition requirements as outlined on our website: https://www.ergodirect.com/pages/return-policy.html. Customers are solely responsible for covering any additional fees for products not meeting manufacturer return conditions.
All shipping dates on ErgoDirect.com are estimated, and ErgoDirect makes no implied or expressed guarantees that items will ship within the estimated ship dates.
Customers are solely responsible for paying any additional shipping and handling fees that occur after their order has been shipped. Additional fees may include but are not limited to address correction fees, handling requests made directly to carrier rather than request made at time of purchase. Customers will be responsible for paying all charges incurred from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, including but not limited to addresses missing suite/room numbers, incorrect zip codes, or addresses not considered valid by shipping carriers.
Customers will be responsible for paying all charges incurred from refusal of delivery, including but not limited to charges for shipping the item(s) back to the shipping warehouse, re-delivery fees, and/or other related fees.
Customers will be responsible for paying all charges incurred from limited or lack of access to parking for the carrier. This includes but is not limited to charges for shipping the item(s) back to the shipping warehouse, re-delivery fees, and/or other related fees.
Customers will be responsible for taking note whether by photograph or written evidence that any damages incurred during the shipping process. Customers should refuse to sign off on products that have been damaged during the shipping process.
Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches, and other religious organizations may qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Customers must email email@example.com or fax (877-866-2142) a copy of their tax exemption form in order to have taxes removed from their order.
