Chair Arms: Choosing the right chair-arms is essential in order to prevent shoulder pain.
To choose the arms with perfect height (not too tall, and not too short), you can measure your Elbow Height.

For best results, you should ask another person to help you measure.
Next, in the list of Arms, look for Arms with height range, above and below your Elbow Height (your measurement).
In other words, your Elbow Height should be between min and max height of the Arms you choose.
For Example:
Let's say you measure 7 inches between your elbow and the foam on the top of the seat.
In that case, a KR-200 arm with a height range of 6.25 to 9 inches can be adjusted to a position of 7 inches, providing optimal support for your arm and shoulder
