Clicking sound indicates available height positions. Adjust the backrest to comfortably fit the small of your back.
Rocking Tilt: Use the second lever on the right side of the seat to control both rocking tilt and seat tilt. Pull up for free tilting, push down to set the angle. Rocking Tilt is another name for Tilting Seat.

Seat Depth Adjustment: Locate the seat slider paddle on the left side of PT78's seat. Raise the paddle while planting the feet firmly on the floor. Scoot forward or backward with the paddle in the raised position and release the paddle to lock the seat depth. Ensure you can sit with your back rested comfortably against the backrest and your feet flat on the floor.
Forward Tilting: First tilt the seat backward with the tilting seat lever. Now find the first lever on the right hand side and turn it clockwise to prevent forward tilting and anti-clockwise to unlock it.
Adjustable Lumbar: On the right side of the PT78's backrest towards the bottom, you will find a small knob. Turn the knob clockwise for increased lumbar support and anti-clockwise to reduce it.
Tension Knob: The tension knob, located underneath this chair's seat, adjusts how much resistance you feel when leaning back. Turn it clockwise to increase tension (harder to lean back) and counterclockwise to decrease tension (easier to lean back).
