International Shipping

Dear ErgoDirect Customer,
ErgoDirect gladly accepts International Orders, however, some products are not available for international shipping. To check on international shipping availability or to receive a quote for an international order please email us at customerservice@ergodirect.com for complete details.

Our company policy for International Orders is as follows

• All payments for International orders will need to be made by Bank Wire Transfer.
• ErgoDirect.com bank account information will be provided once your order has been confirmed.
• PLEASE NOTE: $15-$50 bank wire transfer fee will apply.
• We recommend customers to provide for shipping arrangements (freight) from the USA to the final shipping destination.

In the event that the manufacturer does not deliver to your location, you may contact a freight company to handle the shipping to your destination. We will ship the product to the freight company you have chosen.
