We are fortunate to live near the facility, able to go in to see, and try out the chairs they carry. Nazan Meysami was extremely helpful, assisting with our questions, showing us their inventory of chairs, and how to individualize the chair we selected for my husband with the different options it came with. This was a great customer service experience! I got acquainted with the website over several days and felt comfortable ordering the OM5 with the add ons. The one improvement with the website would be to be able to see the product with the different options you're selecting as you're going through the process. Other than that, this was a 5 star experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality ergonomic chair. This was the kind of "ahh" experience when buying great fitting shoes; the moment we sat in this chair, we just knew that this was it!

The interface is excellent as well as the customizability of these chairs. The only feature I would recommend adding is a 3D, manipulatable, live model of the chair that is being customized so that the user can get a better idea of what they are building.

I purchased a standing desk from ErgoDirect for our office. I had several questions about the size and obtaining a custom configuration. Christina Davis, the Account Executive I worked with was extremely helpful. She answered the question she knew, and got answers from the manufacturer on thing she didn’t know. As a result, I was able to make an informed decision on the desk we needed. The purchase went smoothly and I was kept informed on the status of my purchase from beginning to end. Unfortunately the desk top was manufactured opposite of what I requested. I contacted Christina sort of expecting the return process to be difficult. Nope, Christina provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The error was corrected promptly, I was kept informed of the progress and a follow up to see everything was resolved. It was. The process was simple and prompt. I highly recommend Christina and ErgoDirect if they have products you are considering purchasing. When I need another desk, I’ll be contacting them again.

In short, excellent service--and a very good product. I first spotted this chair a few years ago and contacted customer service about their options..and I had a LOT of questions. I asked about several arms, and I was asking about the back, the cylinder, the cutout...the memory foam...and of course, I requested about a dozen fabric swatches, because--OOH, the choices! I sat on the swatches for probably close to two years before I actually began the purchase. The purchase was simple, and it felt very secure. It wasn't like some places who leave you with a somewhat blank receipt, or like being met in a back alley. The package was fairly sized for the chair I purchased. I was a bit confused on how to assemble the chair, the instructions were a bit unclear and didn't mention the foot ring. All in all, I love my chair! and I couldn't have found the right chair for my custom built desk if it weren't for their customer service. Thanks ErgoDirect!

After buying an Ergotron monitor mount on Amazon, I loved it so much that I decided to buy more equipment directly from Ergo Direct. I prefer supporting manufacturers and small retailers rather than giving my money to Amazon, and I encourage others to do the same. The service I got from Ergo Direct was above and beyond any other e-tailer I've dealt with. Their team helped me choose the best equipment for my exact size and setup. I now have two sit/stand monitor mounts plus a sit/stand keyboard mount that are outstanding. The build quality is top notch with high-quality materials and very few plastics. Excellent response to my issue. The Tall Kit is a must for anyone 6' tall plus or minus an inch or two. The recent addition of the Tall Kit to my Ergotron WorkFit 33-349-200 work station is a huge improvement. Finally, I am eye level with my computer monitors while standing. ErgoDirect was a lifesaver for me. I contacted about a dozen ergonomic companies who were unwilling to work with me and the individual who I was attempting to assist with returning to work. I needed a keyboard for this invidividual and it wasn't until I contacted ErgoDirect that I found someone who was professional, courteous and willing to send my individual the equipment so she could get back to work again without putting undue pressure on her hands while typing and bill me for the equipment. I have already passed this wonderful story on to my colleagues and will definitely call them again when I need ergo equipment for anyone I'm working with who could benefit from the devices.
