The customer service representative, Jake, did a fantastic job providing a timely quote. After I placed the order, he followed up multiple times to insure delivery and satisfaction of the product. Like most of you, I am working from home via Zoom. I am fortunate to have good space and light. What I did not have was a great chair to use at a computer all day. I had some aches and pains that I had never experienced. My husband, who works for Google, is also working from home. He, too, developed discomfort. Checking out resources suggested by the Google internal sources, we went exploring chair and office options. The person and place suggested were Nick at ErgoDirect, San Carlos ([email protected], 650-654-4300). We went. Nick was amazing. He spent an extensive amount of time listening to what we each needed, showing us options, with no sales pressure, and then let us leave with suggestions he sent to us to consider before placing an order. One of the options was a foot rest and he offered that I could try his out before ordering. Every step of the process was totally helpful. We have no relationship with Nick or the business, other than being wildly satisfied customers.

Website was easy to navigate, but customer service after the order had been placed was really excellent. Jake Pedrablanca was exceptionally helpful; he was extremely responsive, and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was exemplary.

The Ergodirect website was extremely user friendly, there was never a moment of uncertainty in regards to what the next step should be. I placed an order for a gaming chair, and due to the shipping address being different from the billing address, I received an E-mail to confirm that the order was not fraudulent. The E-mail seemed to be personally typed from an Ergodirect employee; however, upon replying to said E-mail, I received several duplicate messages with no response to the E-mail I sent. This flawed automated E-mail system was an inconvenience and delayed my order by several days. With that being said, after contacting customer service via telephone my order was cleared almost immediately. The customer service was amazingly professional and helpful, quite honestly one of the most pleasant and pain free interactions with a customer service hotline that I've ever experienced.

My experience was refreshingly simple! Christina was delightful and took care of all my needs and answered all of my questions. Thanks Christina for making this painless!

I worked with Nick Moshiri. I am very impressed with how fast and informative his responses were. He helped me find the measurements, thought aloud with me on what might make sense - pros and cons of various options, priced out various combinations, and found out information from the manufacturer - I just cannot ask for more.
