Ordering was very easy. When I inquired about government tax exempt status, I got a very quick response. The best part, though, is how quickly we received what we ordered. I had originally ordered from another vendor in May, only to be constantly told the item was on back order, even though my credit card had been charged in June. I finally canceled that order, ordered from ErgoDirect, and had my merchandise in less than a week!! Kudos to ErgoDirect. I will definitely order again when the need arises!

I had placed an order for a monitor arm. The item had not shown up so I called to check on the status. Turns out the item had not shipped. But, they took care of it right away and had it sent out next day. I have several products from Ergodirect, and have always been happy with their customer service.

I had such a wonderful buying experience with Nazan. I had been having a great deal of trouble trying to get information I needed from other vendors to make informed choices for the options available for a task chair. I went to ErgoDirect and was very happy to be attended by Nazan. Nazan spent an extensive amount of time listening to what was important to me regarding a chair and showed me all the options that were available. And beyond this, she was very responsive to my many emailed questions I had as I thought more about my needs. Nazan was helpful and patient through every step of the process. Nazan provided excellent customer service. I needed an order shipped within two days and she called the local warehouse to see if the item was in stock. When it was not, she helped expedite the processing and provided the option for overnight shipping if given a FedEx account number to get it here as soon as possible. She was professional, helpful and I appreciate the prompt, personalized service I received. Thank you for making the purchasing experience such a breeze!

I am using the NeoFlex Wideview Workstation in a rather unorthodox fashion (car audio tuning). The website truly helped me put together my cart. The sales support I received with various add-on components was great. Product arrived quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately, I did not receive certain parts that I ordered due to an issue in the shipping department. The problems were quickly identified and remedied through both Jake and Nick in Customer Support I will certainly consider ErgoDirect for future purchases and, in fact, am looking to purchase an ergonomic chair for my new workstation. Job well done!!
