just bought an OM PT78 from you guys and I love it, I was bit hesitant to drive 50 minutes to check out a chair, but it was totally worth it, Christina had a few different models lined up for me to test and that was very helpful, I've been shopping for a chair online for a long time, but nothing can beat trying it before buying it, also you guys had all kinds of ergo equipment that I'll definitely come down to check out at some point. thanks again, Christina. The customer service rep that I was dealing with was very helpful. I needed my product in a quick time period so I had been asking about next day delivery. The gentleman that helped me go right on in and got back to me in a very timely manner. Not only did he save me by not having to pay for next day air he was able to get a rush on my product from the manufacturer that way I did not have to pay the huge up charge to have it in time. It was a great job by him and very appreciated. I would highly recommend.

I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with my chair. I was delighted to find a tall drafting chair I could customize and at such a good price. You sent a few sample swatches of fabrics I requested. I selected a fabric to match my decor and ordered and received the chair so quickly. The chair was easy to assemble (although the instruction sheet did not match my model exactly). And I am very pleased with the quality, look, and functionality. Thank you for your excellent customer service and product offerings.

I've worked in IT for 15 years and I have sold and installed at least 100 monitor mounts and arms in recent years, and I found ErgoDirect when looking for an unusual slatwall mount. Their website was full of options, so I called them to see what was "best" and they answered my call and researched and found the right part the first time and in a short amount of time! The customer then changed their minds slightly, and ErgoDirect quickly changed the part to fit my needs perfectly again! I have been fully satisfied with their services and the product looks really cool, so I'm sure it will be a successful install that the client will enjoy for as long as the tablet lasts.

I regret very much that I could not do the transaction with ErgoDirect, not to able to use my credit card from US Bank. I ended up purchasing an Innovative Arm 7500 from ErgoDirect that is working beautifully! It took two attempts to find an arm that would support the weight of the iMac, and Nick Moshiri of ErgoDirect was wonderful to deal with in that regard. He spent a lot of time helping me to select the correct arm, and when the first one didn't work out, he helped to identify the issue and order another one that worked (the first one didn't support the weight of the iMac). He even made himself available over the weekend to answer any questions I might have while connecting the iMac to the arm. ErgoDirect is a great resource (especially Nick). They have a lot of options to choose from, and Nick can walk them through which options will work best based on needs, space configuration, etc.

Very fast and very accurate! The employee that I spoke to helped me out tremendously and was very kind and offered me the service that I really think is needed everywhere. I will without a doubt be returning for more stuff!
