I have not had the chance to use the product yet, but if the product does as advertised, it should be perfect fit for me! The website is easy and very user friendly!

The interface is excellent as well as the customizability of these chairs. The only feature I would recommend adding is a 3D, manipulatable, live model of the chair that is being customized so that the user can get a better idea of what they are building.

I purchased a standing desk from ErgoDirect for our office. I had several questions about the size and obtaining a custom configuration. Christina Davis, the Account Executive I worked with was extremely helpful. She answered the question she knew, and got answers from the manufacturer on thing she didn’t know. As a result, I was able to make an informed decision on the desk we needed. The purchase went smoothly and I was kept informed on the status of my purchase from beginning to end. Unfortunately the desk top was manufactured opposite of what I requested. I contacted Christina sort of expecting the return process to be difficult. Nope, Christina provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The error was corrected promptly, I was kept informed of the progress and a follow up to see everything was resolved. It was. The process was simple and prompt. I highly recommend Christina and ErgoDirect if they have products you are considering purchasing. When I need another desk, I’ll be contacting them again.

My experience has been great. Jake in particular has gone to great lengths to speed up the delivery of both items that I have purchased through Ergodirect on two separate occasions.

It was a very good experience...and when I had questions I was able to pick up the phone and your personnel were so knowledgeable and helpful. It's not like I have ever ordered a office chair before...it was always pointing and made a grunting noise for the chair that looked like it would work. It was great to work with your people! Looking forward to my new custom chair that is being built to my specs. I know that Control Room Operators are extremely happy with the new chairs that they received last month!

When I placed my order online I entered the incorrect expiration date on my credit card. I received an email right away from Maria saying I needed to call in with the correct information. I spoke with Jake who was courteous, professional, friendly and quick. Great customer service!
