I purchased a standing desk from ErgoDirect for our office. I had several questions about the size and obtaining a custom configuration. Christina Davis, the Account Executive I worked with was extremely helpful. She answered the question she knew, and got answers from the manufacturer on thing she didn’t know. As a result, I was able to make an informed decision on the desk we needed. The purchase went smoothly and I was kept informed on the status of my purchase from beginning to end. Unfortunately the desk top was manufactured opposite of what I requested. I contacted Christina sort of expecting the return process to be difficult. Nope, Christina provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The error was corrected promptly, I was kept informed of the progress and a follow up to see everything was resolved. It was. The process was simple and prompt. I highly recommend Christina and ErgoDirect if they have products you are considering purchasing. When I need another desk, I’ll be contacting them again.

My experience with Jake was very pleasant, informative and easy. He answered every question, explained the product in a clear and detailed way. He sent me a quote promptly and offered additional assistance if needed.

My experience with ErgoDirect has been extremely pleasant. Christina Davis assisted me with the purchase. She walked me through each step, answered all of my questions very quickly via email, and sent the fabric swatch samples very quickly. She was quite friendly, professional, and knowledgable about products. I have the same chair at work, with arms, and love it! Christina helped me further customize my personal chair for home use, which will fit my height better, and have no arms which might be in the way for my home desk and projects. I am very much looking forward to receiving the chair that was scheduled to arrive today, but did not because FedEx came while we were at work this morning. The delivery process with FedEx is proving to be somewhat frustrating, since a signature, in person, is required. My husband and I both work, and I have not been able to arrange pick up at a FedEx center. Hopefully, my husband will be home tomorrow when they try re-delivery. If we could have had the option to leave a signed form on our door, which would have allowed FedEx to leave the box for us behind our hedge in front upon redelivery, it would have been greatly appreciated. Or, if we could have communicated with FedEx to have them hold the package at a FedEx center, that would have been fine, too. But they require that you register, and have a customer account before you are able to access their services. That doesn't seem appropriate for this situation. We have had quite a bit of difficulty with FedEx in the past, and prefer USPS or UPS for ease of communication in arranging pick up and redelivery.

After buying an Ergotron monitor mount on Amazon, I loved it so much that I decided to buy more equipment directly from Ergo Direct. I prefer supporting manufacturers and small retailers rather than giving my money to Amazon, and I encourage others to do the same. The service I got from Ergo Direct was above and beyond any other e-tailer I've dealt with. Their team helped me choose the best equipment for my exact size and setup. I now have two sit/stand monitor mounts plus a sit/stand keyboard mount that are outstanding. The build quality is top notch with high-quality materials and very few plastics. I will buy from Ergo Direct again, and I recommend them to everyone that needs high quality ergonomic office products.

After having neck surgery for a pinched nerve, my physical therapist strongly recommended a "standing desk." I did extensive research on the Ergotron 33-406-085 WorkFit-TL Desktop Sit-Stand Workstation, and needed to have a lot of questions answered. I contacted several retailers who pretty much just wanted to sell me the unit. Their understanding of this product was minimal at best. The sales staff at ErgoDirect could not have been more helpful. They were very personable and took the time to thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly) go over the product information, accessories, pricing, etc. This was one of the most positive buying experiences for me!

Jake was courteous, competent and completely understanding of the problem that I experienced with my order. He was a pleasure to work with. I didn't have to overexplain and he gave me clear instructions how to proceed. He asked for pictures and today I heard I would be receiving the replacement item. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had this year!
