I sent a chat hoping that someone could help me with our sit/stands. We needed to raise the station so the keyboard was at the correct height. The employee was complaining that when she was standing her wrists were bent and hurting, so I wanted to know if it was possible to raise it higher. They were very helpful, and we appreciated all of their help, so we are using our sit / stands correctly. We have purchased 12 of them for our employees in our office. Two of them were not raising to the proper height for the employee to use them correctly. Thank you so much for you assistance, it is greatly appreciated.

IT Is very important for me to mention to you that your sales associate Nick was so very helpful to me. When I spoke of this product he explained that his coworker next to him uses this product all the time he was looking at it as we talked. It is obvious to me and Nick said if it didn’t work she would not be using it all the time. Nick even offered to try it out for a few minutes and report back to me and himself. I told him that was not necessary but really appreciated all his efforts towards trying to sincerely help me and not just make a sale. We should all be so lucky to have employees like Nick!!! ErgoDirect should be considered the defacto, go to source for ordering custom chairs. There are just so many online chair retailers and ErgoDirect is the only one that I have seen thus far who walk you through every step of the process and never lose patience if you change your mind about configurations, colors, fabrics, etc. They are the best! Christine was my customer service rep and she far exceeded my expectations during the whole process from pre-order questions to multiple custom quotes to the final ordering procedure. We are fortunate to live near the facility, able to go in to see, and try out the chairs they carry. Nazan Meysami was extremely helpful, assisting with our questions, showing us their inventory of chairs, and how to individualize the chair we selected for my husband with the different options it came with. This was a great customer service experience! I got acquainted with the website over several days and felt comfortable ordering the OM5 with the add ons. The one improvement with the website would be to be able to see the product with the different options you're selecting as you're going through the process. Other than that, this was a 5 star experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality ergonomic chair. This was the kind of "ahh" experience when buying great fitting shoes; the moment we sat in this chair, we just knew that this was it!

The website contains a lot of detailed information and instructions, very practical. If one spends enough time, usually one can find most important information. It would be even better, if the website could offer an image of the selected chair and chair parts, as the selecting process is going on, so that customers have a chance to see what they will get, which often can help them make their final decisions quicker. Personally, I have an OM chair in office, and the quality is great. That's why I decided to buy one for my home office, too.

Although the manufacturer delivered a broken product, ErgoDirect was very responsive and they provided me timely updates which was great!
