The Ergodirect website was extremely user friendly, there was never a moment of uncertainty in regards to what the next step should be. I placed an order for a gaming chair, and due to the shipping address being different from the billing address, I received an E-mail to confirm that the order was not fraudulent. The E-mail seemed to be personally typed from an Ergodirect employee; however, upon replying to said E-mail, I received several duplicate messages with no response to the E-mail I sent. This flawed automated E-mail system was an inconvenience and delayed my order by several days. With that being said, after contacting customer service via telephone my order was cleared almost immediately. The customer service was amazingly professional and helpful, quite honestly one of the most pleasant and pain free interactions with a customer service hotline that I've ever experienced.

I've worked in IT for 15 years and I have sold and installed at least 100 monitor mounts and arms in recent years, and I found ErgoDirect when looking for an unusual slatwall mount. Their website was full of options, so I called them to see what was "best" and they answered my call and researched and found the right part the first time and in a short amount of time! The customer then changed their minds slightly, and ErgoDirect quickly changed the part to fit my needs perfectly again! I have been fully satisfied with their services and the product looks really cool, so I'm sure it will be a successful install that the client will enjoy for as long as the tablet lasts.

I was very impressed by the interest the purchasing department department showed as I made my selection of a new wall mounted stand for two monitors. They were concerned enough that I make the appropriate selection they contacted me personally to make sure I did not overlook some key points. Without their interest and help I am sure I would have made a big mistake. I have never encountered such an attentive group of people in all my years of purchasing electronics online. It was a very good experience...and when I had questions I was able to pick up the phone and your personnel were so knowledgeable and helpful. It's not like I have ever ordered a office chair before...it was always pointing and made a grunting noise for the chair that looked like it would work. It was great to work with your people! Looking forward to my new custom chair that is being built to my specs. I know that Control Room Operators are extremely happy with the new chairs that they received last month!

When I placed my order online I entered the incorrect expiration date on my credit card. I received an email right away from Maria saying I needed to call in with the correct information. I spoke with Jake who was courteous, professional, friendly and quick. Great customer service!

The customer service representative, Jake, did a fantastic job providing a timely quote. After I placed the order, he followed up multiple times to insure delivery and satisfaction of the product.
