Travelers Aid at Reagan National Airport, Washington, DC, has twelve chairs at our Information Desks, all purchased through ErgoDirect. We love the chairs and found them easily on the ErgoDirect webpage. Ordering was easy, chairs arrived quickly. Whenever we have a question the response from Customer Service has been quick and supportive, looking for solutions. Advice is provided on future purchases and that is appreciated. Our next chair order will be from ErgoDirect.

I had a hard time finding a specific product that was compatible for my extra wide monitor. I called and thankfully reached someone like Ms. Zinnia. She went above and beyond in assisting me. If it wasn’t for her knowledge of the products, strong follow up and guidance through the process I would have bought elsewhere. She went out of her way ensuring I found the correct item, provided different sizes and colors to choose from and advised the supporting accessories required to make it work. I was well taken care of and for that I thank you Ms. Zinnia for your outstanding customer support from beginning to end. The other thing I like about this whole experience is placing the order. No need to take the time to create a profile, register and confirm. Instead, a quote is emailed and if you agree… Click accept and enter your payment and delivery info and that’s it! Just took seconds. So easy.

The Ergodirect website was extremely user friendly, there was never a moment of uncertainty in regards to what the next step should be. I placed an order for a gaming chair, and due to the shipping address being different from the billing address, I received an E-mail to confirm that the order was not fraudulent. The E-mail seemed to be personally typed from an Ergodirect employee; however, upon replying to said E-mail, I received several duplicate messages with no response to the E-mail I sent. This flawed automated E-mail system was an inconvenience and delayed my order by several days. With that being said, after contacting customer service via telephone my order was cleared almost immediately. The customer service was amazingly professional and helpful, quite honestly one of the most pleasant and pain free interactions with a customer service hotline that I've ever experienced.
