I received wonderful customer service that was both prompt and informative. I could tell straight away that Evert was interested in finding the right product to fit my Wacom Cintiq and was not simply pushing an expensive product. Considering I live outside of the US (Australia) shipping was just a little too much to take the quote further, but I appreciated all the assistance I received along the way.

I had trouble with tax being taken off my order, but customer service was there to help me. Nazan did a great job!

We are fortunate to live near the facility, able to go in to see, and try out the chairs they carry. Nazan Meysami was extremely helpful, assisting with our questions, showing us their inventory of chairs, and how to individualize the chair we selected for my husband with the different options it came with. This was a great customer service experience! I got acquainted with the website over several days and felt comfortable ordering the OM5 with the add ons. The one improvement with the website would be to be able to see the product with the different options you're selecting as you're going through the process. Other than that, this was a 5 star experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs a quality ergonomic chair. This was the kind of "ahh" experience when buying great fitting shoes; the moment we sat in this chair, we just knew that this was it!

I was very impressed by the interest the purchasing department department showed as I made my selection of a new wall mounted stand for two monitors. They were concerned enough that I make the appropriate selection they contacted me personally to make sure I did not overlook some key points. Without their interest and help I am sure I would have made a big mistake. I have never encountered such an attentive group of people in all my years of purchasing electronics online. I ended up purchasing an Innovative Arm 7500 from ErgoDirect that is working beautifully! It took two attempts to find an arm that would support the weight of the iMac, and Nick Moshiri of ErgoDirect was wonderful to deal with in that regard. He spent a lot of time helping me to select the correct arm, and when the first one didn't work out, he helped to identify the issue and order another one that worked (the first one didn't support the weight of the iMac). He even made himself available over the weekend to answer any questions I might have while connecting the iMac to the arm. ErgoDirect is a great resource (especially Nick). They have a lot of options to choose from, and Nick can walk them through which options will work best based on needs, space configuration, etc.

My experience working with the customer service and sales staff was unexpectedly fantastic. I had a broken part on a chair that had a lifetime guarantee, and even though I was not the original purchaser of the chair, ErgoDirect contacted the manufacturer, tracked down the part, and had it shipped directly to me without charge. This required several days of e-mail communication to resolve, yet the customer service representative was dogged in finding a solution to the problem and keeping me informed of his progress. Maybe because my expectations were so low that this chair could be repaired only at great expense that I am able to say, without exception, that working with ErgoDirect to fix the problem has been the most satisfying customer service experience I've had in a very long time.
