Recently part of the arm broke on a chair we had purchased from ErgoDirect. I contacted ErgoDirect and sent them the original purchase receipt. They contacted me right away about getting a replacement part. I sent them a screen shot of the broken part of the chair, and they shipped the replacement part the next day, for no cost. Great customer service. Thanks for your help!

I had a hard time finding a specific product that was compatible for my extra wide monitor. I called and thankfully reached someone like Ms. Zinnia. She went above and beyond in assisting me. Ergodirect was professional in handling our needs. Their stand up desk for one of our employees that really needed a more comfortable/ functional work station due to health issues is working great. The first unit they shipped to us was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement within 1 or 2 business days.
