I received the wrong shipment from the warehouse and sent an email with pictures of my received order to the customer service email. Monday morning I received a call from Jake who was extremely helpful in resolving my problem and tracked down my correct order. He was helpful and kind and pleasant and definitely ensured I will shop again with Ergodirect in the future.

I had placed an order for a monitor arm. The item had not shown up so I called to check on the status. Turns out the item had not shipped.
