I like the fact that when I call in somebody is informed about my order and can answer questions and also even make suggestions for what to order or not order. Ordering was very easy. When I inquired about government tax exempt status, I got a very quick response. The best part, though, is how quickly we received what we ordered. I had originally ordered from another vendor in May, only to be constantly told the item was on back order, even though my credit card had been charged in June. I finally canceled that order, ordered from ErgoDirect, and had my merchandise in less than a week!! Kudos to ErgoDirect. I will definitely order again when the need arises!
