I just had a fantastic experience with ErgoDirect. I called in a bit of a panic because I discovered that we failed to order 20 monitor arms for a big AV project. The challenge was that we were going to be closing our campus the following week for the Winter Break, and would not be able to receive deliveries. I needed the product by the end of the week. I thought this was an impossible task, but I called and spoke with Nick Moshiri, Senior Account Executive. To my surprise, he said that this would be no problem. He confirmed that he had a sufficient quantity of the product in the warehouse, and because they are only about 80 miles from me I could easily receive them by the end of the week. This was at about 9:30 on a Monday morning. I rushed the purchasing process through at my end, and by 2:30 PM that same day I received shipping confirmation with tracking numbers. Nick drove the entire process. It made my day for sure. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thanks Nick and ErgoDirect?

I purchased a Liberty Chair (ergonomic desk chair made by Human Scale) through ErgoDirect several years ago and needed replacement pads for the arms. Jake at customer service needed to check on some details and got back to me within a day to confirm that the replacement pads would be the correct ones, and he then explained what I would need to do. Everything ran very smoothly including regular updates on my shipment. And the replacement pads are exactly what was needed. I wish other companies were run this well.

My experience with ErgoDirect has been extremely pleasant. Christina Davis assisted me with the purchase. She walked me through each step, answered all of my questions very quickly via email, and sent the fabric swatch samples very quickly. She was quite friendly, professional, and knowledgable about products. I have the same chair at work, with arms, and love it! Christina helped me further customize my personal chair for home use, which will fit my height better, and have no arms which might be in the way for my home desk and projects. I am very much looking forward to receiving the chair that was scheduled to arrive today, but did not because FedEx came while we were at work this morning. The delivery process with FedEx is proving to be somewhat frustrating, since a signature, in person, is required. My husband and I both work, and I have not been able to arrange pick up at a FedEx center. Hopefully, my husband will be home tomorrow when they try re-delivery. If we could have had the option to leave a signed form on our door, which would have allowed FedEx to leave the box for us behind our hedge in front upon redelivery, it would have been greatly appreciated. Or, if we could have communicated with FedEx to have them hold the package at a FedEx center, that would have been fine, too. But they require that you register, and have a customer account before you are able to access their services. That doesn't seem appropriate for this situation. We have had quite a bit of difficulty with FedEx in the past, and prefer USPS or UPS for ease of communication in arranging pick up and redelivery.

I had such a wonderful buying experience with Nazan. I had been having a great deal of trouble trying to get information I needed from other vendors to make informed choices for the options available for a task chair. I went to ErgoDirect and was very happy to be attended by Nazan. Nazan spent an extensive amount of time listening to what was important to me regarding a chair and showed me all the options that were available. And beyond this, she was very responsive to my many emailed questions I had as I thought more about my needs. Nazan was helpful and patient through every step of the process. She is awesome - truly professional! I was able to sit on a variety of chairs and desks, which was very helpful as I am a short person.
