Ergonomics for Comfort, Productivity, Health

Recently part of the arm broke on a chair we had purchased from ErgoDirect. I contacted ErgoDirect and sent them the original purchase receipt. They contacted me right away about getting a replacement part. I sent them a screen shot of the broken part of the chair, and they shipped the replacement part the next day, for no cost. Great customer service. Thanks for your help!

I've worked in IT for 15 years and I have sold and installed at least 100 monitor mounts and arms in recent years, and I found ErgoDirect when looking for an unusual slatwall mount. Their website was full of options, so I called them to see what was "best" and they answered my call and researched and found the right part the first time and in a short amount of time! The customer then changed their minds slightly, and ErgoDirect quickly changed the part to fit my needs perfectly again! I have been fully satisfied with their services and the product looks really cool, so I'm sure it will be a successful install that the client will enjoy for as long as the tablet lasts.

I am using the NeoFlex Wideview Workstation in a rather unorthodox fashion (car audio tuning). The website truly helped me put together my cart. The sales support I received with various add-on components was great. Product arrived quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately, I did not receive certain parts that I ordered due to an issue in the shipping department. The problems were quickly identified and remedied through both Jake and Nick in Customer Support I will certainly consider ErgoDirect for future purchases and, in fact, am looking to purchase an ergonomic chair for my new workstation. Job well done!!

Ergodirect was professional in handling our needs. Their stand up desk for one of our employees that really needed a more comfortable/ functional work station due to health issues is working great. The first unit they shipped to us was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement within 1 or 2 business days. Their speed and efficiency in correcting the problem was great and they were pleasant to work with as well.

I was very impressed by the interest the purchasing department department showed as I made my selection of a new wall mounted stand for two monitors. They were concerned enough that I make the appropriate selection they contacted me personally to make sure I did not overlook some key points. After having neck surgery for a pinched nerve, my physical therapist strongly recommended a "standing desk." I did extensive research on the Ergotron 33-406-085 WorkFit-TL Desktop Sit-Stand Workstation, and needed to have a lot of questions answered. I contacted several retailers who pretty much just wanted to sell me the unit. Their understanding of this product was minimal at best. The sales staff at ErgoDirect could not have been more helpful. They were very personable and took the time to thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly) go over the product information, accessories, pricing, etc. This was one of the most positive buying experiences for me!
