Recently part of the arm broke on a chair we had purchased from ErgoDirect. I contacted ErgoDirect and sent them the original purchase receipt. They contacted me right away about getting a replacement part. I sent them a screen shot of the broken part of the chair, and they shipped the replacement part the next day, for no cost. I've worked in IT for 15 years and I have sold and installed at least 100 monitor mounts and arms in recent years, and I found ErgoDirect when looking for an unusual slatwall mount. Their website was full of options, so I called them to see what was "best" and they answered my call and researched and found the right part the first time and in a short amount of time! The customer then changed their minds slightly, and ErgoDirect quickly changed the part to fit my needs perfectly again! I have been fully satisfied with their services and the product looks really cool, so I'm sure it will be a successful install that the client will enjoy for as long as the tablet lasts.

I just had a fantastic experience with ErgoDirect. I called in a bit of a panic because I discovered that we failed to order 20 monitor arms for a big AV project. The challenge was that we were going to be closing our campus the following week for the Winter Break, and would not be able to receive deliveries. I needed the product by the end of the week. I thought this was an impossible task, but I called and spoke with Nick Moshiri, Senior Account Executive. To my surprise, he said that this would be no problem. He confirmed that he had a sufficient quantity of the product in the warehouse, and because they are only about 80 miles from me I could easily receive them by the end of the week. This was at about 9:30 on a Monday morning. I rushed the purchasing process through at my end, and by 2:30 PM that same day I received shipping confirmation with tracking numbers. Nick drove the entire process. It made my day for sure. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thanks Nick and ErgoDirect?

I’m a new customer, just placed an order through the ErgoDirect team, have been extremely pleased with the service to date. I only reached out to ErgoDirect because a competitor (CDW), a major online player, who’s price was ~30% better, was temporarily out of stock. I wanted to inquire about a price match, given that they had stock. The customer account executive was extremely helpful, only asking for the competitor product information. Ultimately, once the shipping costs (free shipping from ErgoDirect) were taken into account, ErgoDirect was ~17% better priced, and immediately available. The overall order cost was very minimal ($36), which only enhanced my opinion of the customer service and continued follow up. I’ve written less than ten online reviews ever, but felt compelled to recognize the service I received. The team members went above and beyond to earn my future business, and ultimately this review. Looking forward to future orders!
