Desk Mount Laptop Arm, ErgoDirect ED-LLXD

The answer we needed!, Mar 1, 2016
by Barbara S, Kansas
I purchased this for a student with uses a wheelchair & has movement deficits so she could access her laptop without having to sit sideways at tables. When I brought it to her, she actually laughed with excitement. The only downside is that since she loves it so much, it is used in several settings so it needs to be carried. The weight isn't an issue as much as you have to be careful how you carry it, the arms aren't secured & will come apart (as was learned, oops!). Luckily it is sturdy, so the drop didn't hurt it. This student uses it not only for her laptop, but also for her art notebook- it makes it easier for her to access to draw. Now the team wants another :-)
