Tablet Cases - The following cases are tested and confirmed to work with the Tablet Management Module: Brenthaven Bionic, Casecrown Trifold Case, Casecrown Omni, Griffin Intellicase, Gumdrop Drop Tech, Hard Candy Street Skin, Logiix Roadster II, Otterbox Defender Series (without separate top cover), STM Skinny 3, STM Grip, Targus Slim Case. Other cases may also fit - make sure the case cover is smaller than the maximum dimensions of 10.8" x 7.7" x 0.95" (27.4 x 19.5 x 2.4 cm).

• Charges tablets using USB 1.2 charging standard or Apple divider charging.
• Charges Apple devices at 1.0A. Charges non-Apple devices at 1.5A.
• All tablets charge at the same time using the power provided through one wall plug. Cart does not need to cycle power.
• Tablets will not sync and charge at the same time. Master laptop must be unplugged from auxiliary USB outlet for tablets to charge.

• Syncs tablets using USB 2.0. External USB 2.0-Standard B receptacle provided to plug in laptop.
• Syncing can be done using a Macintosh or PC laptop. Module automatically switches from charging to syncing mode when the laptop is plugged into the USB outlet on the module. USB cable must be unplugged from cart to return to charging mode.
• Apple devices: Can be setup and configured using Apple Configurator software available from Apple. Can be synced using iTunes software (version 9.1 or later) available from Apple.
• Apple devices: Syncing time will vary by the number of devices and the amount of data being transferred. This chart shows expected syncing times using the Tablet Management Cart/Module with the designated number of iPads and data. Please note this was using a Macintosh Pro with MacOS X v10.5 and iTunes 9.1. Your times may vary slightly.
• Non-Apple devices: Will mount as USB drives; files can be updated using standard drag-and-drop file copy methods or by using a software solution if available from the tablet manufacturer or third party software company.
• Please work directly with your tablet manufacturer to understand the best method for transferring files to large numbers of your specific device.
