This will fully depend on your specific monitors. In the most general terms, this will accommodate 3 monitors up to 24” wide (notice that this is the width rather than the diagonal as most monitors are usually measured – so it may very well accommodate the 27” monitor). The width is for the full width of the unit including bezel if any. So it will accommodate most displays up to 24” wide in landscape mode. Please let us know the exact model numbers of your monitors, so we can check for compatibility.

Question:
In the product description, it says "back depth adjustment" but this is not shown in the interactive diagram. Does this just mean you can adjust it only when you first assemble the chair? My husband and I are very different heights (5'2" and 6'2") so the back depth adjustment really comes in handy. Thanks!

Answer:
The BC41 does indeed come with a back depth adjustment, which is very similar to seat sliding mechanism. However the seat slider will extend the seat further so that there is more back depth but the back depth adjustment will just move the back rather than the seat. There is a knob, under the seat that controls the back depth and can be adjusted at any time and not just during the first assembly.

The top of my desk is 19mm thick, and the specs say 20mm is the minimum. Can I get away with it as-is, or would I need to bolster the thickness with an appropriately-sized wood block on the underside of the desk in the location of the mount?

The 45-360-026 Desk Mount Arm attaches to a desk of thickness from 20 mm (0.79") to 65 mm (2.5") with a desk clamp. The manufacturer of this product, Ergotron, had the following to say about this particular situation, "According to the picture the desk top is 19mm - the customer may want to double check to make sure, because we only warranty the 45-360-026 for a minimum of 20mm to a max of 65mm. It is their discretion to use this mount on her table, as it ALMOST meets the minimum requirement. That being said, we do not necessarily advise this as our engineers have tested these desk thickness specs, so that is why 20mm is our minimum requirement." So though a 19mm thick desk may work, the arm will not be covered under Ergotron's warranty.

The LD version, 33-350-200, however cannot be converted to a dual setup. The HD version, 33-351-200, can. So please make sure which model you have before looking into conversion.

Both the monitor and keyboard tray of Ergotron 45-247-026 move independent of each other with minimal lift/pressure. If you see the installation instruction PDF file, on page 14 (step 13), there is an "adjustment step." This is suggested if movements are too easy or too difficult or if the product does not stay in desired positions. But other than those times when you feel the need to adjust, you would not need to loosen or tighten a bolt to move the product up and down on a daily basis.

The footprint of the WorkFit-TL is 37.5" wide x 23" deep. The keyboard tray is 27.5" wide x 11" deep. As you can see in the product images, the keyboard tray and worksurface overlap so the keyboard tray would not be 11" away from the worksurface. After examining the model, we found that the keyboard tray protrudes only about 3.5-4" from the desk surface.

Since the monitor is on a track-like system, it can be raised simply by gently grabbing the sides and lifting it up and down. It does not have any lever for movement.

The distance from centerline slot to slot is 10”. It has been advised to us by Ergotron that the handle mounts to the plate directly, and will need to do so. So unfortunately it cannot be mounted without the plate.

Answer:
The PDR2000 does not come with an interface bracket, while the PDRUB/PDRUS does. By interface bracket, I am referring to the bracket that attaches the mount to the monitor. Both these mounts have 37" horizontal extension as opposed to the 25" for the TS525 and they're both are also compatible with displays 42-71" in size.

Answer:
At its highest extension, the LX HD Sit-Stand Mount Monitor arm is 26” above the desk from the center of the monitor. The post is 16”, so if you mount the arm at the top of the post, plus the 10” height adjustment (arm adjust 10” up and 10” down), you get the 26” at the highest at the center of the monitor. Yes, it is flexible enough it can go as low as hitting the bottom of the surface of the desk.

This Freedom Arm for iMac comes with an 8" pole on a desk clamp base. If you place the arm at the highest point on the pole and the arm is vertically adjusted to the highest position, the center of the pivot head (attaches to the back of the monitor towards the center) is 21" above the surface of the desk. Depending on the dimensions of your monitor, the top of the monitor will be a few inches further above 21".

I have been using this WorkFit-S for a couple of years now and so have my co-workers. I noticed that my monitors do not go as high as that of my co-workers despite being mounted on same height desks. Why? Is there some problem with my unit?

Answer:
Over time some of the lifts lose their range of motion just out of usage and wear and tear and may need to be re-calibrated. On your unit, please put your hand on top of the front column (front column slides up and down on the bigger back column) and push down hard with your weight to force the unit to slide down all the way (past the initial stopping point). This realigns the sliders in the unit and frees up the range of motion on the top and bottom end. This is absolutely normal and nothing to be concerned about.

What is measurement of pole, not including base & casters or section that expands/contracts? I would like to add carts to pole section and need to know the measurement.

Answer:
The lowest height of the tube is 30" but that does include several inches for the base as well as another few for the pneumatic part of the column and shelf. Our technical team has advised that you can add an additional shelf on the pole but not an additional cart. Also the number of shelves you will be able to add depends on what you're putting on them. The holes are at 1" increments but you would need a few inches per shelf.
